Our structures carry a 12 month warranty against defect components but not against natural extreme exposure . However, with proper care and regular maintenance, they are designed to provide comfortable, long-lasting use.
What insulation is used in the structures?
Our structures are insulated with Rockwool, a high-quality, fire-resistant insulation material that also provides excellent thermal and sound insulation.
What sized does your Modular Structures come in?
Our modular structures are available in a range of configurations to suit different accommodation requirements:

- 2-Bedroom Unit: Available in a two-bedroom configuration.

What are the structures made of?
Our structures are made from industrial insulated aluminium and steel framing , providing strength, durability, and resistance to corrosion.
Does the structure need to be placed on a foundation?
The structure must be installed on solid, level ground. If the site has loose sand or unstable soil, a suitable foundation will be required.
Do I need approved building plans from the municipality?
This depends on where the structure will be installed. In some areas, municipal-approved plans may not be required. We recommend checking with your local municipality to confirm the applicable requirements.
Do you connect the plumbing and electrical systems?
Plumbing and electrical installations are the responsibility of the client. Zhauns provides the unit ready to be connected to an outside power source and sewerage connection.
